Process designs in support of a new commercial strategy and administrative model in the plastics industry.

Deliverables

Designed process flows across three departments: sales, services, and installation. Increased internal and external productivity with a three-initiative improvement program.

1. SWOT
(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)
Following interviews with the managerial level, we identified potential changes for each department, considering its capabilities and management expectations.

2. ORGANIZATION
(functions and responsibilities)
With the client, identified duplicated responsibilities and reporting. Developed and established new roles across the organization.

3. PROCESSES
(end-to-end decision flow)
After the restructuration of the organization considering results from the SWOT study, developed for the organization new roles and responsibilities. And to help illustrate the changes, prepared a mapping of the future processes and decision flows across the company´s value chain.
